At Chicka De Boom, we take great care to ensure every package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that Chicka De Boom takes no responsibility for any items damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, it will need to be taken to your local Australia Post branch, where a claim can be lodged directly with them.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, we no longer have control over delivery times or handling. Delivery speed, tracking updates, and any shipping-related issues fall under Australia Post’s responsibility.

International Shipping

International orders require a $25 AUD deposit at checkout. Once your parcel has been packed and weighed, you will be charged any additional shipping costs before the parcel is sent.

Please note that shipments to the United States incur a 10% tariff fee, which will be added to your total. Unfortunately, this fee is determined by U.S. customs and is beyond our control.
